God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain..but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears and light for the way...
 Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pour through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy......
 |  Emily with the smile that lit up the room   Emily Nicole Funkhouser passed to a better world on 5-04-2006 after suffering fatal injuries in a vehicle fire. She was 3yrs old. She is survived by her twin brother Evan who was critically injured in this fire. The pain of a little one taken so quickly and without warning began this ride....first as a benefit for her surviving twin and his care and now as a day for us to simply stop and remember. We ride on this day not just in memory of Emily, but also for the many others who are loved and missed.
